Welcome to Skye Yoga Studio

Skye Mixed Level

Skye Mixed Level is an all level empowering class composed of an intentional flow of postures designed to purify your body and mind. Rhythmic and invigorating, each class is unique and will include breath work, core work, spine twisting, balancing, and mindfulness. .

Skye Mixed Level - Heated

Skye Heated Mixed Level is an all level empowering class composed of an intentional flow of postures designed to purify your body and mind. Rhythmic and invigorating, each class is unique and will include breath work, core work, spine twisting, balancing, and mindfulness. .


The room is heated to approximately 95 degrees in our Far Infrared Heating system to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles.

Skye Beginner

Skye Beginner classes are for students newer to yoga. Classes are slower paced than mixed level and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational postures. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Come to learn, play and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.

We offer 4 beginner classes per week:


- Sunday 10am with Denise
- Monday 7:30pm with Kristin
- Thursday 9:30am with Vanessa
- Thursday 6:15pm with Denise

Skye Deep Stretch

Skye Deep Stretch is an accessible class for almost anyone- athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, or first time yoga students. Focused deep stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Deep stretches help release connective tissue and improve circulation.

Skye Stretch & Breathe

Skye Stretch & Breathe is an accessible class for almost anyone- athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, or first time yoga students. The breath guides the movement while using meditation techniques to bring balance, strength and calmness to the practitioner. Focused deep stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body.
